We have finally gone past the half million mark for Prime 29. We’re on the home stretch, with less than $500,000 to go before we pay off the property. Praise God! Thank you for your faithfulness!

It was just a year ago that the Prime balance was at $875,000. Since then, over $225,000 has come in! As 2010 comes to a close, how exciting would it be to break through that barrier?! With your faithfulness, we are getting closer to expanding to a new worship center, which gives us the ability to see more lives changed every single weekend. Way to go Life Church!

Can you believe we are already in the 3rd quarter of 2010? Time flies by! Before you know it we will be halfway through Prime 29. We’ve already seen $200,000 come in since the start of Prime 29. That’s awesome! I believe that we have a great shot at going below the $600,000 mark by September. That number is really starting to look small, isn’t it? Thank you for your faithfulness in the first half of 2010!

When we began Prime 29 just a few months ago, we owed just under $875,000 on the property. The balance is now at $773,676.97. That means over $100,000 has come in so far! That is incredible! Keep it up Life Church!

Because of your faithfulness, we have recently shot past the $800,000 mark. We currently owe around $790,000 on the property! At this pace, it will take about 18 months to pay the property off. Praise God!

We are nearly 2 months into Prime 29 and the one thing I can say is that giving has been extremely steady so far. Over $4,000 has come in every week! Thank you for making the miracle happen!

For the month of December, over $34,000 came in for Prime 29. At this pace, we will have the property paid off twice as fast as planned! Thank you so much for your commitment and faithfulness. The miracle is in your hands!

Last night Life Church cleared a major hurdle in the Prime 29 process. The Germantown Village Board voted unanimously in favor of a motion that would rezone our current property from commercial to institutional. Maybe more importantly is that the village board had nothing but great things to say about you as a congregation. This step will allow us to function independently of our former conditional use permit, which had a ten year limit on it. In effect, Life Church now has a perminent home that can not be voted against in the future. A special thanks to our business administrator, Gary Pribanich for all his hard work on this. Thank you for your prayers and all those who showed up last night. This is great news as Life Church moves forward!

Just a quick reminder that there will be a rezoning meeting at Village Hall in Germantown on Monday, December 21 at 7:30 PM.  If you attend Life Church and are a Germantown resident, we need you there.  This is a critical step towards being able to freely build on our existing 12 acres.  Please keep this process in your prayers, particularly on Monday.

This past weekend marked the official beginning of Prime 29.  Nearly $9,000 came in this weekend alone!  As Pastor Aaron mentioned in the service, please keep the meeting with the Village Board in your prayers on December 21.  It’s at 7:30 PM at the Germantown Village Hall.  If you’re a Germantown resident and you’re able to make it, the more the merrier!  Stay tuned for more updates.
